Sponsor Children
We are collecting pictures of children that those in our church sponsor through various organizations. We will be creating a display to make them visible and also as a reminder to pray for them. If you sponsor a child through Compassion , please send your child's name/country and child ID# to Michelle and Tim Wells at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 519-332-2312. We will then send this to Compassion and they will send us a picture of your child. If you sponsor a child through a different organization it would be great if you could provide a picture of your child to Tim and Michelle or to Pastor Steve.
BluewaterU
BluewaterU begins Feb 12 at 7pm and runs for 4 weeks. BluewaterU is a theological gathering of the minds to learn about and discuss theology.
Ladies UFO Night
Do you have unfinished projects that you just can't seem to get to? A UFO is simply an Unfinished Object! For
example knitting, crochet, sewing, card making, scrapbooking? Here's an opportunity for you to set aside the time, bring your project, work on it & fellowship with other women. Mark your calendar for Fri. Feb. 24 from 6pm until midnight. Come for all or part of the evening and we'll have the kettle on for you. Please bring a snack to share & a friend too. Courageous
MOVIE NIGHT for couples, we invite you out to watch the movie Courageous. It will be presented in the Youth Room 7pm, Sat., Feb. 25. There is no better price than this one - free. Bridal Shower
Ladies, you are invited to a bridal shower to honour Penny Willsie. It will be held on Sunday, February 26 at 7:00 p.m. at the home of Kathy Esser, 710 Grant St., Sarnia. An Evening of Letter Writing
March 7, 7:00-8:30pm Make a BIG difference with a LITTLE time in one child’s life! Write a letter to your sponsor child! Come even if you don’t have a sponsor child, your children are invited too! Learn about what makes a great letter! Bring your own supplies including paper, stickers, bookmarks, pictures, colouring pages, etc. Plenty of additional supplies will be provided. Share letters your sponsor child has written you. Share God’s care and love. Give hope and comfort.
March Break Games
March Break Games for children in SK-Grade 5! From March 12-16, 10-noon at the church. The cost is $10 per child, $15 after March 5(family and need-based discounts available). God's Resources
God's Resources is a ministry of Bluewater that helps to identify the needs of its people. Requests are handled confidentially and can be submitted in a locked mailbox in the church entrance or by contacting the church office. Offers of help can also be submitted. Current Offers:1. Minor home repairs. 2. Advice on financial, insurance and budgeting. 3. Help for parents or grandparents wanting to set up an RESP for their children.
4. Set of everyday dishes in good condition.

Select bill payments and then add Bluewater Baptist Church. The bill number is your envelope number. There must be 4 digits, so place zeros in front of you envelope number.
